Dear Mara, dear Nicole, dear Katharina, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart.
After so many years of inner searching, trying things out, and doing healing work – it was your retreat experience that brought me to a deeper level of my being.
So often, I felt within myself: “There is something wrong with me.” I felt foreign, not right, not lovable.
Overwhelmed in groups, unloved in relationships, full of self-doubt in business.
After the ceremony, it suddenly became clear to me: I was lacking basic trust. My inner child had no sense of safety, no security, no love.
And then came this moment (in the last ceremony) – deeply connected to Mother Earth – where my womb space opened, my root chakra became grounded. And suddenly it was there: a feeling I had never known – and yet it felt so familiar.
Basic trust.
Something within me has healed. I was able to let go of something I thought was part of me. I now feel a sense of safety in my body like never before. A knowing, deep within me: I am right just as I am. I am lovable. I am special.
What the three of you hold in this space can hardly be put into words. Your energy made it possible for me to let go so deeply. I felt safe, held, and supported – and that is exactly what made my healing possible.

Before the beginning of my first profound experience, someone said to me: “There is a life before and a life after; it is as if you die and are reborn.” Today, more than ever, I understand what these words mean.
This journey has helped me recognize my essence and no longer question it. It has helped me follow my soul’s path more and more and to walk this path without fear. During this time, companions suddenly entered my life whom I know not only from this lifetime – soul connections that show me what belongs to me and what I am allowed to let go of.
The experience has always given me exactly what was most important for me at that particular moment. Even if the processes and letting go are not always easy, it is worth following the path of the heart.
I am incredibly grateful to Mara, Katharina, and Nicole for all their beautiful, divine beings through which they inspire and uplift me. Journey into the depth and vastness of life – plant-supported meditation practice
For many decades, I have been walking the path of meditation and working on myself and with myself. I have always felt especially drawn to and inspired by paths involving deepened, expanded, and intensified states of consciousness, along with the insights and experiences that come with them. For many years now, I have been teaching these paths of maturation to many people who come to us in retreats and trainings.
The (re-)encounter with the magic and healing power of plant medicine has been a doorway opening for me! My experience is that ancient knowledge connects with me, and I feel supported and carried by the living force of the evolution of life on our Earth and the ancient healing wisdom of the shamans of these traditions. I feel the presence of the “plant soul” within me as a wise and loving presence. Often, after deep openings and also very challenging processes of transformation, confrontation, and renewal, these healing paths continue to resonate within me for a long time, and I feel the supportive power of the plants in my daily meditation practice or when I lead seminars or accompany people through intense processes.
The wonderful guidance by Mara and Caterina, and at times Nicole, is unique and carries one masterfully even through difficult process paths—with great knowledge of this work, with music, with their presence, and with words or touch that arise from experience.
Within me, there is great gratitude for this “lineage,” which I see not only as a support for myself, but as a great support for us as modern humans in our awakening.
