meditation
Nowadays, we can rely on philosophical knowledge derive of scientific research, be that quantum physics, neuroscience, psychoneuroimmunology, epigenetics or electromagnetism.
Through scientific reasoning we can open people with a natural suspicion of religious, mystic or cultural instruction a new access.
Meditation is the entry into developing your consciousness of body, spirit and soul.
To become more conscious of ourselves there is not one specific way, every person ultimately finds their own way to access the ability to stay in the NOW, because only in the NOW there is no past or future, only the present. Often, it’s one’s own mind that traps us in self-doubt, which is very burdensome. Meditation doesn’t mean you can get rid of those burdens overnight, but it teaches us to be more vigilant; to look at thoughts and emotions without judging them.
As always, the point stands: practice makes perfect.
There are many different forms of meditation, very common is the image of a person frozen in lotus-pose. But the pose isn’t as important as the state of mind.
Also sound-journeys with singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks – songs and mantras – or rhythm via drums and music can provide access to our inner world in various ways. Sounds increase and harmonize our frequency which makes attaining trance-status easier.
(Continuous and repeated praying of the rosary in Christianity can also be a form of meditation.)
Walking meditation, days of silence (Vipassana), dance – anything done with passion can bring us into a meditative state and helps us increase our compassion, kindness, peace and love.
In practical application of different forms of meditation, one of the most important things is to challenge and support our innate skill, which means to increase our body-consciousness.
Whenever people come together to meditate or pray or make music, a powerful energy-field boosts the collective and individual frequencies.

If you purposefully learn to reach inner peace, you can look at every fact of life neutrally, which helps you to adapt your spiritual direction.
There comes a sense of: “I arrived at myself.”
You experience a connection to the higher self, the access to the soul.
Silence isn’t empty, it’s full of answers.
Meditation’s goal is not control over one’s thoughts – you sever control of thoughts over yourself.
